We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require a deposit before future appointments.
Please secure valuable, fragile, hazardous, or potentially dangerous items before the cleaning team arrives, including jewelry, cash, important documents, medications, weapons, valuable electronics, and confidential belongings.
Pricing is based on the information provided when the appointment is scheduled. Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual condition, size, level of buildup, and requested scope. Any additional charge will be discussed and approved before extra work is performed.
Hourly services, including the $100 / 2-hour cleaning special, are limited to the scheduled amount of time. We prioritize the areas most important to the client.
For homes requiring significantly more time or specialized cleaning due to excessive buildup, clutter, unsanitary conditions, or other circumstances, service scope and pricing may be adjusted after discussion and approval.
